ORMOC, Philippines – Navy Lt. Derek Chamberlain, Marine Corps Forces, Pacific, teaches a Basic Medical First Responder’s Course at the Ormoc District Hospital, Ormoc, Republic of the Philippines, July 5-7, 2016. The engagement was designed to provide non-medics with the knowledge to respond to incidents within the community. Attendees included members of the Armed Forces of the Philippines, Philippine National Police, City Health Officials, Ormoc City Rescue and Ormoc District Hospital staff.
