Air Force Chief of Staff Gen. CQ Brown, Jr. speaks with Mrs. Kaliina Fenner, spouse of Air Force Col. Larry Fenner Jr., vice commander of the 36th Wing, during a dinner with Airmen and civic leaders on Aug. 6, 2022 in Tumon, Guam. The dinner was part of Brown’s visit to tour Andersen Air Force Base, Guam as he discussed innovation, modernization and Airmen initiatives with personnel in a variety of career fields. The mission of Andersen AFB to project Airpower, expand combat capability and strengthen partnerships in the Indo-Pacific.
