Automated titration. Chemist with a computer-controlled system for analysing chemical solutions by a technique known as titration. Titrations are determinations of the concentration of one fluid, such as an acid, by slowly adding a solution of known concentration which neutralises it, such as an alkali. This equipment is used to detect chemicals in low concentrations.
