Banksy fans flock to the Housing Works Thrift Shop in the Gramercy Park neighborhood of New York on Tuesday, October 29, 2013 to see “The banality of the banality of evil” the twenty-ninth installment of Banksy's graffiti art. The artwork is a thrift store painting of a pastoral scene with a Nazi figure painted in and then re-donated to the thrift store. The elusive street artist is creating works around the city each day during the month of October called "Better Out Than In".
