Corfield has been in town, with his eye open for large landscape jobs. He says he has the plans in his hands for one at Libertyville, which he hopes to carry out. At present Mr. Corfield has no fixed abode, but moves from job to job. Among the visitors since the Indian- apolis show have been Alex. Mont- gomery and Alex. Montgomery, Jr., whose special interest was in the growers who have Kussell and Hadley. Mrs. M. E. Irby, of the Flower Shop, Memphis, was in town several days this week. E, G. Hill, of Richmond, is calling on the growers, showing new roses. O. H. Herman, of Herman Bros. Co., Council Bluffs, has been in town sev- eral days in the last week, showing the new magenta pompon.
