DJIBOUTI, Djibouti (Nov. 14, 2013) - A Uganda People's Defence Force member provides security aboard a target vessel during Exercise Cutlass Express 2013 in the Gulf of Tadjoura near Djibouti. Exercise Cutlass Express 2013 is a multinational maritime exercise in the waters off East Africa to improve cooperation, tactical expertise and information sharing practices among East Africa maritime forces to increase maritime safety and security in the region.
