A South German cabinet case, circa 1620 Rectangular body made from softwood veneered with walnut. Two doors with coffering surrounded by marquetry architectural frames. On the sides simple coffering and movable iron handles with etched tendril decoration. Replaced brass lock plates. The insides of the doors with original tin-plated hinges with etched decoration. The bolts with original blued tendril decoration. The interior with 18 drawers around a central compartment with a lockable door.
