It is oneof those strange effects which take the mind out ofthe region of prosaic thoughts and lift it into therarer atmosphere of poetic visions. The morningbeams, which awake the living, fall with ineffablesoftness on the tnrf that covers the dead, bearinghints, shadowy and vague it may be, of immortality.
