HESPERIA, Calif.,-- The Hesperia Recreation and Park District hosted a Veterans Day Ceremony at Hesperia Lake Park, November 11, 2016. Army Lt. Col. Christopher Danbeck, commander, 1st Squadron, 11th Armored Cavalry Regiment, served as one of the guest speakers for the ceremony. Concluding the day’s event, an honor guard from A Troop, 1st Sqdn, 11th ACR rendered a 21 gun salute in memoriam and commemoration of the men and women who have served, both past and present.
