Les Fantomes de Landowski at Ouichy le Chateau, France. 2015 Monument National de la 2nd Victoire de la Marne, 1918. National monument to the victory over the Germans at the second battle of the Marne on 28 July 1918, during the first world war. The seven soldiers and a naked youth, representing a martyr, stand on a hill overlooing the Marne River valley where the battle took place. The national monument by Paul Landowski was unveiled in 1928
