When the armis in extension, a straightline connecting the condylespasses through the tip ofthe olecranon (Fig. 71).When the elbow is flexedat a right angle and theforearm is midway betweenpronation and supination,the three points form a tri-angle, the plane of whichcorresponds with the frontalplane of the body (Fig. 72).
