Development in the Wiliamsburg neighborhood of Brooklyn along Kent Avenue in New York is seen on Wednesday, June 16, 2010. As of May 2010 there were 615 stalled construction sites in New York with 279 of them in Brooklyn with 73 of those in Greenpoint and Williamsburg.
