SAN DIEGO (Oct 23, 2015) The Color Guard parades the colors at the beginning "The Foundry" leadership training graduation aboard the aircraft carrier USS Midway museum. Sponsored by the Navy Region Southwest Chief Petty Officers Foundation, The Foundry is a week-long leadership academy designed to help those at the rank of E-6 improve their leadership skills.
