Ewell, Epsom, Surrey, England, UK. 25th January 2014. Following the record levels of rainfall across the UK, in Ewell this week the rising underground water table caused the natural spring to overflow, spilling water into the street and causing power cuts to nearby properties. The worst of the flooding was at the bus stop in London Road which prevented the bus from stopping untill further along the road. These cyclists gave the water a wide berth. It is hoped levels will naturally subside without the need for any intervention. Credit: Julia Gavin/Alamy Live News
