Strange erosion patterns on moutainside adjacent to Freemansundet, north Edgeoya, Svalbard.
Showing softer rock eroding more quickly and leaving the harder rock standing proud from the scree covered mountainside. Also note the small valleys eroded by snow and glacial melt water creating the "elephant's feet" forms.
