Mt. Kanchenjunga (8586 m) at Sunrise

Sandakphu Trek is the only trek from where you can view 4 of the 5 tallest mountains in the world. While in my previous post I covered Mt. Everest – HPOW, a separate post was warranted for HPOI (Highest Peak of India) – Mt. Kanchenjunga ( 8586 m , 3rd HPOW). This mountain range is also commonly known as “Sleeping Buddha” as it looks like Buddha taking a nap :P A sequence of 3 shots from the same frame taken 12 minutes apart were enough to give sunlight time to play with the mountains.
