CAULIFLOWER. True Early Snowball— This strain is justly celebrated, and by many is preferred to all others. Very early, a sure header; grows very close and compact. Heads of snowy white- ness, and average about 9 inches in diameter. It is of very dwarf growth, with small outer leaves, which makes it well adapted for close planting. Pkt. 20c., oz. $ Extra Early Dwarf Erfurt— Very choice quality—There can be little doubt that this is the best cauliflower either for forcing under glass or for the open ground. Large size, snowy white and compact grower. There are few crops that depend so much on the quality of the seed as cauliflower, and although there is great temptation to save a dollar, we advise buying the best.
