Stuart Risch (left), Deputy Judge Advocate General of the Army, recognizes Sgt. 1st Class Saida Malik, 2nd Legal Operations Detachment's training non-commissioned officer, with a coin of excellence for her recent performance during Army Reserve Legal Command's (USARLC) On-Site Legal Training, March 22, at McGhee Tyson Air National Guard Base in Alcoa, Tennessee. USARLC hosts multiple training events throughout the year to train Army lawyers and paralegals on best practices and allow key leaders to provide insight on the state of the Judge Advocate Corps.
