St. John, , March 23.—Prosecu-tions against retail grocerymen for un-knowingly violating the Scott Act mayresult if conviction is found against aMoncton grocery dealer, who was charg-ed in the Moncton police court last weekwith selling intoxicating liquor, thebeverage being apple cider.
