The courses given in these evening commercial highschools are arranged in a four year plan, and are aimed 4G WOMEN IN OFFICE SERVICE. to fit the pupils to become either bookkeepers, stenog-raphers or saleswomen, in the commercial vocations,or nurses and telephone operators, as the other possiblevocations. The curriculum provides two one-hourcourses for three nights a week for four years, but incase advanced standing can be secured in any of the pre-scribed subjects in the course elected, the time for com-pleting the course may be shortened
