Sri Lanka frogmouth (Batrachostomus moniliger). Male Sri Lanka frogmouth camouflaged in a tree. This nocturnal bird is found in the forests of the Western Ghat mountains of south India and Sri Lanka. It's plumage resembles dried leaves making it difficult to see when perched in a tree. Photographed in India.
