22/08/2021 Gravesend UK Today is International Lighthouse & Lightship Heritage Weekend and Gravesend’s own Light Vessel LV 21 had her gangplank down and was receiving guests aboard the former Goodwin Sands Lightship is now used as a floating arts and exhibition space. Alan in the in the Lightship’s radio room was broadcasting and receiving morse-code messages from other Lightships and Lighthouses from around the world on the special weekend.
