SANTA RITA, Guam (Mar. 02, 2017) Master-at-Arms 1st Class Ryan Holman, a member of the Naval Base Guam First Class Petty Officer’s Association, hands a breakfast to Electronics Technician 2nd class Richard Viramontes prior to the Navy-wide E-6 advancement exam at the Charles King Fitness Center on base. The Navy-wide enlisted advancement exam is administered twice a year to for E-4, E-5 and E-6 Sailors and consists of 200 questions in the areas of Navy Occupational Standards (Occ) and Professional Military Knowledge (PMK).
