The height is 6 feet 7 inches to the si)ring of the arch, which is formedof seven voussoirs in all, the key-stone being smaller than the side voussoirs. The height inthe centre is 8 feet 6 inches, so that the rise of the arch is just half the span. It is, however,not semicircular, but slightly jjointcd. •At the eastern face arrangements have been made for a door.
