KOROR, Palau (Aug. 10, 2018) Air Force 2nd Lt. Colin Quitta, Civic Action Team (CAT) Palau 36-03 officer in charge, salutes Capt. Steven Stasick, Commodore 30th Naval Construction Regiment, during the CAT Palau change of charge ceremony. During the ceremony, Army CAT 84-05 was relieved by Air Force CAT 36-03. The Civic Action Team Palau provides construction support to the host nation, assists and trains apprentices with general engineering skills, facilitates a medical outreach program and conducts community service projects.
