Exercise participants came together for the Shared Accord 2018 closing ceremony at the Rwanda Military Academy, Gako, Rwanda, Aug. 28, 2018. Shared Accord is a multilateral exercise intended to enhance and Africa forces' capabilities to perform peacekeeping operations in support of United Nations and African Union mandates, while shaping the security environment and deterring violent extremist organizations.
