On November 11, 2062 and 2072 with two 23 cubes,three 6-in. cubes and two s-in. cylinders 7;ere made fromone batch. On November 18, 2003 and 206Z with tro S-in. cubes,three G-ln. cubes, one 3-in. cylinder and one control bearn weremade from the same batch. On November 25, 2062 and 2073 withtwo S-in. cubes, three 6-in. cubes and one 3-in. cylinder weremade from one batch. These comprised the first run of testsand were all hand-mixed concrete. The other specimens weremachine-mixed concrete made on the dates given below. On January25, 1912, 2055 consisting of t?;o s-in. cubes and three was made. On February 7, t?7o S-in. cubes and three v/ere made and marl<:ed 2056. On February 20, two and three 6-in. cubes were made and marlced 2057. OnMarch 1, two s-in. cubes and three S-in. cubes were made andmarked 2058. On Llarch 6, 2054 and 2059, compression specimens,were made with three 6-in. cubes and one S-in. cylinder, fromone batch.
