Train stops on signal at Caldas on Rio Duoro in Portugal

Old, but still working unmanned train station. The trains stop on signal, which means you need to bee there in good time and figure out how to make the signal. I found that raising an arm as the train approached around the bend did the trick. The line goes between Porto on the coast to Braganca, almost in Spain, and follows the river Rio Duoro. The river was used to transport the famous Port wine for many years, then came the railway for several years, and now all such transport is by trucks.
