Much of the Nai Harn beachfront is owned by a Buddhist foundation, Samnak Song Nai Harn, and this has precluded major development. Located in a spectacular setting at the northern end of Nai Harn Beach overlooking the clear waters of Nai Harn Bay is the exclusive Phuket Yacht Club.
