WELISARA NAVAL BASE, Sri Lanka (March 30, 2017) A Sri Lankan Marine writes down the information of a Marine acting as a simulated disaster victim, during humanitarian assistance and disaster relief (HA/DR) training at Welisara Naval Base as part of a theater security cooperation engagement, March 30. USS Comstock (LSD 45) and the embarked 11th Marine Expeditionary Unit are in Sri Lanka to exchange expertise on a range of military skills as part of ongoing exchanges between the two forces to enhance skill sets and strengthen relations.
