Birmingham West Midlands, September 14th 2020. An Elderly group of 8 people were observed looking closely at the brickwork of Birmingham's Town Hall in Victoria Square on Monday morning. The group, none of whom were wearing face coverings, were contravening the 'rule of six' that has been placed to stop the new wave of coronavirus in the UK. Those who flout the law are to be issued with fines of up to 10,000 pounds. Birmingham is preparing to go into a local lockdown on Tuesday due to a spike in coronavirus cases.
