NAVAL BASE VENTURA COUNTY, Calif. (Dec. 20, 2016) - Congresswoman Julia Brownley is welcomed by Capt. Mike Saum, commodore, Naval Construction Group (NCG) 1, during a visit to the group’s Combat Convoy Simulator. Brownley, a representative for California’s 26th District, visited Naval Base Ventura County to help familiarize her staff with the military facilities and personnel in the area.
