It was found necessary to divide the oldplayers into two groups, meeting Mondav and Wednesday, Tues-day and Thursday, leaving Friday for the beginners. FollowingChristmas vacation all the players were divided into 14 teams anda series played. In March the inter-class tournament was held,from which the Sophomore team rose as unquestioned champion—unquestioned because undefeated. Unlike the I. C. A. , it had conquered every other team in the contest. The percentage results of the tournament were as follows: Sophomores Juniors 666 Freshmen 333 Seniors 000 The Freshmen and Seniors celebrated the close of the serieswith special tables, the latter appear in appropriate mourning costumes.
