Little Betty's cafe (1915) in Stonegate, a medieval shopping street in the historical quarter of York in Yorkshire, England. Betty’s Tea Rooms /café was founded by a young Swiss born baker and confectioner, Fritz Bützer. In1907 when he made tracks for England with a dream of establishing his own catering business. He eventually settled in the Spa town of Harrogate in Yorkshire. His first café was in the town with another in York which opened in 1915. His business flourished during the 1920s for its traditional English Afternoon Teas, and still attract locals and visitors today.
