Ruins of Dannevoux, a town in France, on December 19, 1918. The photograph shows the aftermath of the destruction caused during World War One. It was taken by Signal Corps Sgt. Jackson. The town was previously occupied by the 132nd Infantry, formerly known as the 2nd and 7th Regiments of the Illinois National Guard, in the 33rd Division. The photograph was approved by the Censor on December 24, 1918.
