In starting them into growth they should be placed in water until saturated, then suspended wherever desired. Repeat every two or three days until growth is started, after which sprinkle as required. They may also be cut in halves, and grown in flat dishes. They may be allowed to dry up at any time, set away, ana started again when desired.
