Metal girders from a bridge that forded a glacial meltwater river crossing the Skeiderarsandur, in the Skaftafell National Park in Iceland. The bridge was destroyed by a jokulhlaup, a glacial flood that are frequent in the area and often caused by volcanic activity rapidly melting huge quantities of ice.
