A flintlock rifle, Antoni Steingastinger, Prague, circa 1800/1810. Octagonal barrel, swamped at the muzzle, with eight-groove, star shaped, rifled bore in mm calibre. Dovetailed silver front sight. The maker's signature "Antoni SteingasDinger A:P", is engraved on the breech between a beaded strip and the iron rear sights. Gold-bushed vent. The number "2" is engraved on the tang.
