Bill Woodward, from the 31st Marine Expeditionary Unit, directs Philippine service members while loading supplies into a CH-46E Sea Knight helicopter assigned to Marine Medium Helicopter Squadron 262 in the Philippines on Oct. 22, 2010. Marines with the 31st Marine Expeditionary Unit are assisting the Philippine government with assessment of damage caused by the Typhoon Megi, which is also known locally as Typhoon Juan.
