Here you use radioactive bacteria to investigate the ability of different soaps and detergents to clean wash. Feeded with radioactive material, the bacteria have then been placed on small fabric pieces, each then washed with different soaps. If a single radioactive bacteria remain on the piece of fabric, this can be found. The technician in the picture examines with Geiger counter the amount of remained radioactive bacteria on such fabric pieces.
