T., get. 42, married; admitted to Albany Hospi-tal Sept. 16, 1886. Married 22 years. Became pregnant 17 years agobut aborted. Has never been pregnant since. She has menstruatedonce in three weeks ; used to be attended with a good deal of pain be-fore menstruation and for several days after. Eight years ago notedthe appearance of a tumor or lump in the right ovarian region. Thereused to be an almost constant pain and soreness on that side. Wouldget up feeling well in the morning but during afternoon would sufferso much as to oe obliged to He down. As tumor increased in size shenoticed pain was less severe.
