Marine Corps Col. Torrens Miller, an assistant chief of staff with Marine Forces Reserve, and civilian employees with Marine Forces Reserve meet with personnel from the Center of Naval Analyses to discuss talent management and total force integration at Marine Corps Support Facility New Orleans, Louisiana, Feb. 7, 2023.
