Northern Georgia, Blue Ridge Clock Tower

Blue Ridge, Georgia is a small country town, population 1,290, not far from Blairsville. It may be small but it boasts the Blue Ridge Scenic Railway which offers round-trip excursions to the quaint sister towns of McCaysville, Georgia and Copperhill, Tennessee. After a two-hour stopover for lunch and shopping, riders then return to their starting point in Blue Ridge. Here is a shot of the clock tower itself without the utility lines blocking the view.
