Located in a pedestrianised street in the Fitzrovia conservation area, London W1, this house is part of a world war two damaged terrace. It has been partially rebuilt over the decades. Westarchitecture have retained the perimeter walls to the house, garden and have connected a former workshop at the rear increasing the main living materials used are fair-faced and reflect the utility of the former workshop. A new third floor has been added with a terrace.
