Jason Blitz, assigned to Navy Environmental and Preventive Medicine Unit (NEPMU) 6, discusses malaria with Royal Cambodian Navy sailors during a preventive medicine course for Cooperation Afloat Readiness and Training (CARAT) Cambodia, 2016. CARAT is a series of annual maritime exercises between the Navy, Marine Corps and the armed forces of nine partner nations to include Bangladesh, Brunei, Cambodia, Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, and Timor-Leste.
