Maidstone, Kent. 23rd Oct, 2017. A coach driver on the Victoria Station to Dover route only made it as far as the traffic bollards in central Maidstone - on his first day in the job. Two bollards used to reduce the High Street to a single lane were knocked over in the collision shortly after 1pm. The National Express coach was still waiting to be towed away nearly three hours later.
