The books have been carefullyselected with a view to the special needs of the aim is not to obtain a single copy of as many dif-ferent books as possible, but to ascertain what books areof the most practical use to the work of the school, and havea sufficient number of copies so that constant use of thebooks in connection with class work may be practicable. Students have free access throughout the day to thelibrary shelves, and a commodious reading room, in con-nection with the library, is always accessible for readingand study. Certain books may be withdrawn for home use. The library is completely catalogued, both alphabeticallyby authors and by general subjects, in accordance withthe Dewey Decimal System. The librarian
