New York, - June 15, 2024: Spectators photographs the 31st annual Harlem Juneteenth Celebration Parade which is organized by Masjid Malcom Shabazz. Juneteenth is a federal holiday commerating the end of slavery in the United States on June 19, 1865, when Major General Gordon Granger ordered the final enforcement of the Emancipation Proclamation in Texas at the end of the American Civil War.
