The famous puffer ship, Vital Spark, is one of the last of its kind that is still afloat today. At one time there were hundreds of these small, but, powerful, ships sailing up and down the west coast of Scotland and were vital in supplying all sorts of supplies, goods and cargo to many small villages, hamlets and towns.
