Witt, Chief of Staff of Army Tank-automotive & Armaments Command (TACOM), administers the Oath of Enlistment to future service members at a joint enlistment ceremony during halftime at the Detroit Pistons Hoops For Troops game. Hoops For Troops is an annual event hosted by the Detroit Pistons to honor and thank active duty service members, veterans and their families.
